We know that checking out a new place for the first time can be intimidating. And going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Destiny a great one!
Destiny meets every weekend and offers several additional small groups and Bible studies to plug into during the week.
- Sunday morning service meets at 10:00 am – nursery and children’s ministry are provided from birth to 5th grade.

Another big day for us is Wednesday nights. We have services for elementary and teen students– see our Ministries page for details. In addition, we have several adult small groups and classes that meet; browse that directory here. Childcare is available.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?
HOW LONG IS A CHURCH SERVICE?
On average, a Destiny church service is about 90 minutes in length. Services begin with the band leading the church in worship through music and song. Song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along. Feel free to engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. We love to worship! And we are expressive in our worship. Expect to see some actively engaged worshippers with banners and flags, some who will be dancing, etc.
After the music portion of the service is complete, one of our team members will typically welcome everyone to the service and share upcoming events and collect an offering. This is the way those that are a part of the church give so that we can keep on doing what we’re doing. Lastly, one of our pastors — and sometimes a special guest — will share an encouraging and hope-filled message, with Jesus at the center of it all.
All of this is subject to the leading of the Holy Spirit, but this is a typical expression of worship.

Sundays at Destiny are exciting, casual, and relaxed. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.
WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week! And at Destiny, we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for our NextGen program the first time you visit. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra 5 minutes to get signed in. Sunday morning nursery and children’s ministry services are offered for infants through grade 5.
Several of our teenagers serve in our Sunday morning programs as junior staff (serving alongside adults). In addition, there is a lot of great programming for older kids during the week. Visit our Ministries Page for more information.
